    I made sure to do my recertification as soon as I got an email from the CCC that it was going to expire. Well, because I did it so early they completely blew the deadline to submit my medical recertification and my card got shut off over the weekend. This shutoff happened despite multiple emails from me to them warning them that this was going to happen if they didn't submit as they said they would (they obviously blew it off). This might be medical MARIJUANA, but I should still expect a MEDICAL level of care. Maybe a one star review will get someone from this organization to respond to me.

    when i went to renew and asked about getting an increase in allotment, i was almost cut off from finishing my question by how fast the nurse dismissed and denied me. Ive hit the allotment before and have had no negative side effects from cannabis. they claimed its ill advised to increase allotment for near anything other than terminal cases. this left a questionable taste in my mouth, but i dealt. my partner got their allotment doubled (at a different doctors office) by simply asking. when they went to medwell recently to renew again, they blindly reduced his allotment by half and when asked about it, said they they never in their right might ever allot a person that much as it could be seen as malpractice. in conclusion, its apparent that medwell isnt interested in reducing the stigma around cannabis, and actually fear mongers and perpetuates misinformation about cannabis, directly to the consumer, none the less. the cost of your appointment here would be better invested in a higher cost place that values proper training and customer service
