I would give 0 star if I could. Why is the fire alarm sounding at 2:19AM, 2:32AM, 2:40AM, 3:08AM, 3:11AM on 02/13/2024? It is NOT the first time that fire alarm is sounding during midnight. I still remember that on 08/30/2022-08/31/2022, the fire alarm sounded all night.
Edit: the false fire alarm sounded again at 2:50AM on 02/14/2024. Please stop replying we really want to speak to you regarding xxx, and simply investigate why there were false fire alarms and fix the problem.

Liam and the management team have been super supportive & helpful. Maintenance team is great & super reliable. Great apartments with fantastic appliances & the amenities are top notch.

It's the worst experience I've ever had
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your office and managment . I have been charged a sum of money for over 100 days now, and despite numerous attempts to contact your office and even visiting in person, the amount has not been refunded. This experience has been extremely frustrating and I urge you to resolve this issue promptly."
I asked to contact the owner or the responsible managers to solve the problem, but I was not contacted by any of them .
I am treated like I am asking for charity from them, and no one helps me solve my problem.
I just want my rights

Moved in last summer and already had major maintenance issues possibly because of the poor quality control. Window pane was undone when moved in (cannot be closed!) and leaking is common. Shower handle, washer and dryer were also not properly installed. Imagine going home seeing water dripping down from ceiling. Management consistently ignores all noise complains. Please allocate some of the marketing bucks to ensure a livable space.
