There is administrator staff in Avalon at assembly row Ms Katrina who is having great support , she is always dedicated, cooperative and give wonderful support on time She never get hesitate to go extra miles to extend her support , We lost our bag one day and she was so awesome to track all vedios and locate it within same day.. I never met such kind of polite, respectful, kind and supportive person in my life I appreciate her too much and would recommend whoever want to stay in Avalon at assembly row to meet her where she will be always there supporting, assisting and giving great advice Thank you dear Katrina for all your support.. my salute to such angel person

My partner and I are super excited about moving into Avalon at Assembly Row next week, and it's mainly thanks to Katriana! Moving from across the country had us pretty stressed, but Katriana's been amazing with her quick responses and friendliness. It's not just her; the whole staff we've interacted with so far has been so welcoming, making us feel at home even before we actually move in. We're really looking forward to starting our life in Massachusetts, and with the way things have been going with Avalon, we're pretty hopeful it's going to be an awesome experience!

We've had a lovely experiencing living at the Avalon at Assembly Row. The staff is great - fast and effective maintenance, and really helpful people at the front desk who are responsive and go above and beyond to be available to tenants. We are currently in the process of moving from the Avalon to the Ava, and Katriana has been incredibly helpful and flexible in facilitating everything and answering our (many) questions. We've especially appreciated having access to a 24 hour gym and the pool area and the fact that the building is so dog-friendly. The units are also a good value for the area compared to other properties in Assembly. Thank you, Katriana and Avalon Assembly staff!

Terrible communication and maintenance.
Noise from maintenance crew or tenants happens throughout the night and prevents residents from sleeping.
Carpets in the hallways constantly have stain/grease marks from people dragging garbage bags. Access to resident parking area can be challenging with broken or non operating doors and when you call management they tell you its the responsibility of the garage maintenance department. The ceiling in my apartment has fallen 3 times in 3 years from water damage.
Carpet gets soaked, maintenance crew patches up the holes and makes a mess, just to do it all over again during the next heavy rain storm.
Not once have I gotten an apologie or explanation for why its happening.
