Assembly is the best area to live in ever. The outlet shops and restaurants are so convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance. The train connections are great.

Overall, this building itself was okay. HOWEVER, the management was definitely not.
I asked to upgrade from one-bedroom to two-bedroom unit, but the management demanded an additional $2,000 just for transferring the lease contract. They insisted that either wait until the current lease ends or pay $2,000. (apparently, moving from $3200 to $4600 still do require an extra fee)
Additionally, this management charged me over $1,000 because I gave them a move-out notice 50 days in advance instead of 60 days, all while was waiting to move into a bigger unit.
Given the circumstances, I don't want to live here any longer and certainly DO NOT recommend at all.

I spent a year living in this building and would like to share my honest review. My apartment faced the street, and almost every night, people would start screaming outside around midnight, as well as early in the morning (5-7 a.m.). Every single day, there was an excessive amount of noise from trucks, vacuum cleaning, etc. The windows did not adequately protect the apartment from the cold weather. Although the building is close to the MBTA, this also means you can hear every single train as it arrives and departs from the station. Overall, it's an extremely noisy building, especially for those apartments facing the street. The staff, especially the manager, were generally unwelcoming and unhelpful with any issues that arose. Despite the building housing about 500 units, the amenities seem designed for a building with only 50 units, especially the gym and pool. Additionally, I experienced an unexpected rental renewal price increase from $2,995 to $3,295 (now it has been listed for ~$3,500 :))) for ~650 sqt app). When I inquired about the reason, the building manager mentioned that someone off the street was ready to rent my apartment for $3,350. My lease was supposed to be renewed in mid-November, yet they asked me to renew in June. Overall, this building is overpriced, with unprofessional staff and poor management. The only pros is the neighborhood and overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, there are lots of better option in this area. Finally, I do have all the documentations for this review, feel free to ask for evidence ;).
