I had contact them for a leak check in my ac unit because the refrigerant was low after refilling it 2 months before. During the appointment, the technician just measured how much refrigerant was in the system. I was not told ahead of the appointment that there would only be a minimal diagnostic without checking if a leak exists. I expect its a leak check to see if the leak exists. And I was told that this is a miscommunication and I now owe the $88 diagnostic fee for telling me something I already knew. I constantly explained on the phone and it was going nowhere and I got very bad attitude and kept being accused of lying For $88? Im not gonna use them for anything or recommend them to anyone.

We had to have our furnace replaced and after shopping around, we went with Bright Star Heating and I'm glad we did. They were here when they said they would be. Their employees were professional and courteous. A few weeks later we had some other questions after our furnace install and the owner called us right back and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this company. We will be calling on them again in the spring for maintenance for our ac unit.

I would give them 10+ stars if I could. We received 3 quotes from 3 different HVAC companies, and Bright Star's price came back MUCH lower than the rest. They are very honest, professional and true to their word. They made time in the middle of this heat wave to fix the entire Central AC system for my parents that are in there 80's.
