Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses

We recently visited the Ashley Home Store in Chicopee, Ma. We were shopping for living room furniture. We were greeted at the door by a salesperson named Deborah, who told us to look around and let her know if she could help. This was wonderful as I dont like salespeople hanging over me when we are trying to make a decision. We saw a few things we like and Deb was right there to answer our questions. It was a great experience. Delivery was scheduled for the next Tuesday. The driver called ahead and gave me the time of arrival, he was right on time. The two delivery men were absolutely amazing! They removed our old furniture, brought in the new, uncovered all of it and were out of here in 15 minutes. In conclusion, I will highly recommend Cardis to my family and friends. We received good old fashioned customer service from Deb to delivery. What a breath of fresh air when no one cares about the consumer anymore.

Grey was fantastic. Took time with us. Worked us through all our options. We love our new stuff and he's exceptional.

this does not seem to be be the Cardi's I once new Purchased stool's for my kitchen Island. delivered as Promised here I am 5 months latter the bottoms of the rails are wearing I have been trying to get an answer from them for the last five days have asked for a call back from upper management after speaking with there so call service folks who need to go for retraining on how to speak with a customer I have spoken with five different people and can't get a answer not to mention the one who told me not to put my feet on the furniture. very disrespectful. still trying to get the upper management to acknowledge the problem and replace my three chairs. before you shop here think twice.

Recliner sofa and love seat purchased in August....delivered in October wrong. Came manual, paid for power. Reordered and got delivered Jan 11, still not correct. Want us to wait until Feb 8 for somebody to come out to repair. Not one offer of any concessions from Cardis. Full payment in August, mid January still not correct. HORRENDOUS customer service. Next move is to have them take the furniture back for a full refund. I have no issue giving Jordan's Furniture my money. ***EDIT*** Cardi's did come through and repair the 2 pieces. There were parts that weren't installed. Not sure if that was the factory or the warehouse. Regardless, the repairs were made in a more timely manner than originally scheduled.
