        Inept. Sent my mother in law on a runaround for the wrong ink for her printer, then made her come back to get a refund. Completely unhelpful.

        Waited 20 minutes for an employee to get a product from the back only for it to be out of stock. They offered me a lesser product that is not equal. Last time a bought a gift card here they did not activate it and didn't refund it also. Screw the big box office supply stores in shopping elsewhere now
