        KRM timely & effectively repaired my Samsung AIO/MFP at a reasonable cost. They were courteous, professional and well informed about this piece of equipment. Both Kevin & Robert are Konica/Minolta/Muratec Trained/Certified repair technicians. Additionally, Roberts is Certified in "Client Pro" by TestOut. I recommend KRM for your office equipment maintenace & repair.

        Edit: now over 60 machines and the level of service has remained top notch. We will continue to add machines with KRM and recommend them to anyone who asks! We use KRM to service over 20 machines in a high-production environment and we couldn't be happier. The time to repair is extremely speedy and the service is very courteous and professional. I would recommend KRM to anyone who would ask.
