I took my daughter to get labs done here. The older blond lady that took her blood did a horrible job! She was also very rude and aggressive. My daughters arm was severely bruised and it is still very painful. Avoid this place!!

I went there a little afraid because of the bad reviews but i had such an amazing experience there. It was a walk in, they treated me nice and it was really fast. I dont regret going there. It was really nice.

Pooja P. who checked me in and did my blood draw at this location (Waltham) was incredible. I have such a fear of blood tests and have fainted, vomited, broken out in hives in the past. This time there was over 10 vials that needed to be taken and I was extremely anxious and afraid. But it was probably the easiest blood draw Ive ever had. I barely felt it and Pooja talked to me the whole time, her calming presence was so reassuring. I am so thankful that she is the one who drew my blood and made such a stressful experience so easy for me. I cannot say enough how truly wonderful she is. In the past Ive had painful blood draws, had blood taken from both arms to be able to fill so many vials, and had staff that dont take my fear seriously. I was able to trust Pooja, she was so kind and understanding of my concerns, and she drew the blood so skillfully that I truly barely felt it. She is just outstanding and again I am so grateful that she was there.
