Eastern Bank

I used to like Eastern Bank when they were a smaller bank, now theyve gotten too big and treat you like another dollar sign. I took my Tuesday morning off to go to this branch at 9am to talk to a manager, and the teller rudely told me that the manager was in a meeting and she could try to help if I didnt want to wait. After trying to help me she told me that I had to see the manager to solve my issue, and that the manager was going to be in a meeting until 1PM. I find the unprofessionalism and the lack of managerial availability unacceptable, and after being with them for over 15 years I have decided to switch banks and opened an account with Taunton Federal Credit Union where I was treated as their most important customer and with the professionalism I was hoping to get from Eastern Bank.

Best bank I've had. Any fraud attempts and my card immediately gets locked and all you have to do is walk in for them to print you a new one.

Be nice if update the business hrs Third time went to the branch and drive-thru teller are close and nobody answer calls on this branch Covid 19 cant be excuse for a communication

I wish I could give this bank zero stars, hands down the worst mf bank Ive ever used in my entire life. The employees are mostly rude, you cant even call the bank directly; its some 800 number nonsense, and they are not helpful whatsoever.
