I wanted to take a moment to thank Hannah for her exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, I got scammed via debit card, and it was right before my birthday. Hannah handled my situation as if it was her own, and was diligent, urgent, and compassionate about my situation. She was also very thorough throughout the investigation process. Very Poor Experience. The teller was very rude and demeaning. Did not take my questions or concerns seriously and had a very rude demeaner. The man who "helped" me continuously sighed and rolled his eyes throughout the encounter, leaning back in his chair and looking elsewhere while I was talking. Very rude to women but when his male supervisor comes over he perks up. Very concerning, I hope Kevin can straighten his attitude in the future. Go elsewhere unless you want to be treated like a sack of rotten potatoes.

I stopped at this branch this afternoon to see if I could cash a savings bond.
The young women who assisted me could not have been nicer. I didn't get her name, but her supervisor should know that her customer service skills are exemplary and deserves acknowledgement.
