Ive noticed immense changes and improvements to the service and professionalism. Nick the branch manager absolutely destroyed me with kindness and superior service. Its only fair I equally take time to update the positives like I did with the negatives. 1 thing tho Nick there should be 1 bank employee dedicated to the drive through. Drive through banking members shouldnt have to wait behind lobby people. Hence the point of a drive through. Well done though.
Employees were somewhat professional but you get the feeling that no one knows whats going onI sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes because there were customers in the lobby ahead of me. The whole point of drive-through is to avoid that. Santander US Bank, as in the top employees have a little snake blood in them anyways. Always looking for a way to charge you for this or that when the thing youre being charged for is basic banking/account holder practice.
