Cockroaches, no AC THEY SEND OUT FLYER EVERY YEAR TELLING US IF WE GET TOO HOT WE ARE WELCOME TO UTILIZE THE AIR-CONDITIONING IN THE LOBBY OR COMMUNITY ROOM. WHEN THE COCKROACH SITUATION BEGAN SHE SAID THEY'VE BEEN AROUND SINCE THE THE DINOSAURS AND WILL BE HERE WHEN WERE ALL LONG GONE ONE OF THOSE PESTS WE HAVE TO LEARN TO LIVE WITH NICE HUH

The following is copied from "Daikin Applied" Homepage, It's the brand and company who makes the cooling/heating unit & the HVAC system. They have trained expert technicians who know everything about them because that's their job. Hiring different company's because they may be cheaper won't resolute the issue. After 3, 4 summers in a row with it running at bare minimum.

Apartments are nice, wood floors, spacious, dishwasher, video intercom system, community room, laundry room on each floor, trash/garbage chutes on 2nd & 3rd floor, elevator. So disappointed in the amount of orders delivered that were stolen & with camera's everywhere they said That wasn't what they're for & It is our responsibility to be present when things are delivered. When you live in the building and pay rent I figured that's the least they could do was check the camera and forward the information to the local police when they call but instead they do nothing and do not return calls to police officers when they leave a message after filing a report. Apparently now rules have changed like everything else so If something is stolen the security files a report and finds out who it is which is so much help to me with the five or six police reports and stolen items that occurred before. Now all of a sudden they care? I thought it wasn't their responsibility according to the flyer they left in everyone's door? Professionalism at its best! To top the ice cream off with a big cherry After 41 years on this Earth I've never seen a cockroach never mind living in a place where they existed until April of this year... It's now November I wonder how many there is now opposed to then? I assume that isn't their responsibility either unless they change their minds next week? Epic!
