        This place will charge u over the amount that they told to u after u r moved in.. do not set up a direct deposit or they will just take out what the rent went up with out asking u and you can't do anything about it.. so hard to get a hold of maintenance

        I ONLY gave it 2 STARS because the management company that owned it when I lived there was great. They tried their best to keep my family and I happy but the walls were extremely thin to the point if you set your alarm the whole building woke up as well. I lived next to a very toxic couple and if I called out my wife's name they would have the audacity to bang on the wall saying we were talking to loud. LOL all the while the girl was being thrown up and down the stairs all day and night. The list goes on. But ut thank you Dunphy management for doing your Best. (I heard they sold it since I left though)
