The place was much nicer when Bob and Lynn were managing it. They kept it clean, did all the yard work, and were always there when you needed something. Since Renew bought the place theyve raised everyones rent, dont maintain the property, and are impossible to contact.
The buzzer system has been broken, so has the washing machines, theres bushes outside that havent been trimmed in 7 months, the hallway always smells terrible, theres a tree outside that already fell once that looks like its gonna fall any second, the doors freeze in the cold so the key fobs dont work, and they put in laminate flooring in the apartment above mine thats so badly insulated that I can hear nearly every conversation my neighbors are having (this never happened before they put the flooring in).
It used to be a really nice place to live, but it seems like every other day something is newly broken or needs to be cleaned but no one pays any attention. Im paying more in rent, but the quality of living in this building has gone way down.
**Update: I must have asked them 15 times to trim the bushes outside this place because they havent been cut in over a year. Now this is nearly growing into my apartment.
