the techs sit in the trucks for 4 hours at a time and bill you for this. Im not sure if the company asks them to do it or just lazy workers trying to pass the day. Keep an eye on them and take pics and call office. they are not cheap!!

We had our hot water heater replaced and found Beacon Mechanical Service to be very helpful in selecting a heater, and the setup was done in a professional manner. We also had all our questions answered. Installation prices were fair market price.

I cant say enough about the quality of service. Mike is an excellent plumber and so glad he helped me with my issues! It was done quickly and efficiently.
