Our main sewer line was clogged and JP showed up within a couple of hours on a Friday night! He assessed the problem, but it couldn't be fixed right away (the access port to the sewer line was all covered in concrete). The next morning (Saturday) NEDS was successful in unclogging the drain. Very professional and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Best drain company out there . Super responsive , extremely professional, not over priced. These guys are the real deal . I would highly recommend NE drain any time for any clog or problem you have commercial or residential! Ive used them for both !

Professional with a hometown feeling. My main sewer line backed up and I called first thing this morning, they were very accommodating and helped me out as quick as they could, today I might have been a first time customer but I will be a long term customer after my experience with them. Jim and JP were very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge of my situation.

Called gave name address etc and was told Id receive a call. No one called I called back and was told they set up a meeting for the following day No one showed up. I called again before it was too late and was told Id receive a call with all my information No one called and I wasted the better part of two days for nothing
