I have to agree, I wish I could leave less than 1 star. The receptionist is always very friendly. But, never saw the same person twice. The NP or PA's that I saw were good, but that Doctor is a complete joke!!! He never looks at your injury of feels it, etc. Part of my problem with my broken kneecap and Physical Therapy was with inflammation. How can he possibly know without feeling the knee or doing a scan. It was suggested that an injection may be needed. I was told they don't do injections there. Seriously? What do they do there, except take xrays? Then, although I had reservations, I went in one more time, for my 9:20 AM appt. Worse experience in my 62 yrs, ever. I got there at 8:45 one person ahead of me. They went in around 9. Around 9:10 a few more people came in, one also with a 9:20 appt. They announced that they had an emergency and were running a "bit" behind. The Xray Tech came out to tell the other woman with an appt at the same time as mine that if the xray looked good they would take her cast off. But did not take her in. Finally they took me in, took my xray and put me in the room. I wait, 10:15, I am still waiting for my 9:20 appt. Talk about trying ones patience, now I hear them cutting the cast off of the woman who came in 20 mins after me. Not acceptable, I left without being seen and will never go back, nor do I suggest anyone wasting their time. If any of us are a little late for the appt they refuse take you and bill your Ins, I suggested they NOT bill my Ins for that and walked out. And the "Office Manager", oh yes, she called 2 days later, but not to hear what I had to say, but for me to hear what she had to say. She kept interrupting, which was making things worse. As an Office Manager one would think she would know that you need to hear the person out, without interruption, or you just make things worse. Obviously she made things much worse, because now I am leaving a bad review, I was just walking away, but now I feel everyone should know just how bad it is there so they don't waste their time, and Ins on this place, I only get so much a year on Medicare and now they have wasted my benefits and did not help me at all.... Stay away....a complete joke.....wouldn't take my dog there.

The receptionists and staff were all absolutely fantastic. The first time I went I saw a lady with red hair who wasn't a doctor, maybe a nurse practitioner? She was incredible. She answered all my questions, showed me my x rays, even opened an app on her phone that showed my broken bone and described what happened. I left feeling like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, the second time I went I saw Dr. Chain, and this dude is a total joke. He came in after my x ray and gave me very little detail. My pain level didn't feel like it matched up with what he was saying, and he just didn't seem open to questions. He ended every sentence with his tone of voice being "can I leave now?". Super uncomfortable. He didn't care about me and it was evident.

If I could give less than a star, I would. Receptionist was outright rude and denied my referral without trying to understand what I was explaining. If you dont understand how military referrals work refer me to someone who will.
