        Most staff is super unhelpful. Asking to speak to someone about important recovery things are like pulling teeth if they will even see you. No clear cut policy with covid. If you come here find either Gina, Nate, or Enrique. They will go out of their way for you. Dont bother with the director. I asked to speak with her when she was done on the phone, she said yes and still am waiting that was a week ago. Find a better place that will work with you and your insurance. You will benefit from it more!

        Horrible you have to sit on hard wood chairs for 12 plus hours, they won't put a worker upstaires so we can work on our selves. Like reading writing praying. It is not a program that will ever work operating Like that. CSS is suppose to help, but it dosen't. I'm thinking about calling the news channels.
