I accidentally placed an order for the wrong time and call and asked if they could make it later, they denied and said sorry its already out and we cannot remake it if it was a mistake they at least should of been polite and said we could remake it when you get there or a gift card.

This is quite possibly the worst DD in the entire south coast of Massachusetts. The staff are extremely rude, especially the blonde lady with glasses. This review isn't based on a one time event, it's based on the last 10 weeks of horrible service... But this last time was the crescendo. We were the only people in line to order coffees and quick food prior to our son's soccer game at the field next door. We arrived at 815a to order (game started at 830a). We stood in line for 10mins before our order was taken. Our son ran to his game. Then we waited for nearly 20mins for our food. When we got our food they had forgotten the avocado toast. I asked about it, the blonde employee said we are really backed up. Keep in mind, we were the only people there. And now there was a line of coffee getters. I said lady we have been waiting for 20mins for donuts, hash browns and avocado toast, and are now late to our sons game (I know that's not her problem, but). Her response ... I don't know what to tell you, maybe you should have left 20mins earlier. I'll never go back there. And don't even get me started on how absolutely filthy the storefront and food prep areas are!
