Great service , tellers professional and friendly, problem with the online hours and the bank they dont coincide at all leaving many customers bewildered, plz fix the online hours to match the banks true hours of operation

I've had my accounts with Citizens for over 20 years.  Overall the service has been fine until this happened but they can't get out of their own way.  My account had attempted fraud so the bank instructed me to close that account and open a new one - ok complied.  Since most bills are automatics, I asked if they could transfer all my billers to the new account -, no, you'll need to set those up again; ok.  How about new checks since I just had bought some new ones - no, you'll need to buy new checks; ok.  Now all my online banking features don't work - ok we'll fix that; 3 months and still not working.  I've had a number of automatic debits to this account  and forgot to transfer one, the creditor is willing to waive the late charge but wants confirmation from Citizens that the account change was at the bank's direction - no, we don't put that in writing.  Ok, last straw, hopefully my complaints to the Federal Reserve and MA Secretary of State will prompt some action.
