        The sales associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We visited the Gloucester location to trade up on my phone and switch the new one to my wife. The sales associate Juan was very helpful and thorough. He also was able to handle 2 other customers while our phones were updating

        Came in the other day with a dumb little iPhone issue. I was honestly just so confused I needed some kind of help. I cant remember if their name was Byron or Bryon but I explained what was going on and they made a wonderful attempt to help me and sure enough we figured it out! It might not have necessarily been something they had to help me with but I very much appreciate them taking that time and effort:)
