Clean, secure, convenient and affordable. Decent area with lot of restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly. Disregard previous negative reviews. This place is a hidden gem.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is the best, it's only a few steps away from the restaurants, shops and bus station. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and hardworking. Their breakfast is the best. We highly recommend this hotel.

Finding a hotel for the Boston Half Marathon was challenging, as the race was not downtown. This location turned out to be perfect. Near food, shopping eta Easy to get on the T bus, or get a rideshare.

My favorite hotel in Boston hands down. The service is the best Ive had at any hotel. Joe at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. Truly the best front desk employee Ive met, and I travel a lot. The hotel already is clean, accommodating and luxurious on its own but Joe brings the experience to a new level! Will come back soon. Rooms: Clean, huge, modern Walkability: Close to a bunch of stores, a shopping center and public transportation

I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year, and coose Home2 properties whenever I have the choice, but this was by far the worst one I've been to. The staff was discourteous and made it clear they did not wish to be bothered, and the hotel charging 5 dollars for a bottle of water that every other hotel offers for free was disappointing. There seemed to be a significant about of riff raff around the hotel, but I'm not very familiar with Boston to know if that's specific to this section of the city or if it's the general feel of the whole area. The rooms were clean, but maintenence appeared to be lacking - our sink didn't have hot water (though the shower did, thankfully). Based on the irritability of the desk staff, we decided it wasn't even worth complaining about the sink and just dealt with it. Overall, extremely disappointed based on all my other great experiences with this chain.
