We rented at 15 Transportation Way, took the bus from Logan International Airport to pick up our car. We had done the self check in and Andre Ragel, the Assistant Branch Manger for Enterprise double checked all of our stuff and got us on our way. Andre did this with a smile and friendly face and one of the ladies at the counter ask him a question and he went over with a happy demeanor and assisted her, all while the line was soooo long. We were so happy that when we returned the car a few days later and were greeted by Andre and his happy demeanor. Will absolutely always use Enterprise for our car needs but Andre and all his staff deserve accolades for running a great place.

Todays my birthday by the way !!!!
But the front desk lady was very nice n warming in a mean and cold world n they put me in a car I liked cause the first one they showed me I wasnt a fan of but than looked and found a great one my family loved it car ran good I brought it back full quick scan and I was out there back to the airport for my flight fast reliable & friendly service at Boston Logan airport enterprise not same experience at mobile airport enterprise nor Hattiesburg Ms enterprise they will never get my business again not friendly not helpful down right rude etc. But Logan 5 stars mobile 1 star Hattiesburg (both of them) -5 stars

The rental car I got was nice and everyone was friendly. Having checked in prior to arriving at the airport made as easy as skipping the counter and just being direct to the car. On the way back in Sanea checked the car back in fixing a small issue I have and making the rental perfect.
