These people have the patience of the saints. There was an incredibly rude and entitled woman ahead of us who was just awful to the staff. And the staff handled the situation with class and professionalism in spite of how nasty this woman was.
Look, its a rental place, you might have to wait a few minutes if theres other people ahead of you. Thats life. But if youre looking for friendly service and a good selection this enterprise has you covered.

I just wanted to share my experience with folks. This enterprise literally has the best staff! I dealt with a few young ladies that were just excellent, very nice, moved things along in a timely fashion. Gave me a great clean vehicle. Everything Ive had to get a rental vehicle this is my go to spot! Elissa and Reese and Jess are always almost there and just excellent people. I cant say enough about them. And if for some reason you need them theyre always right there to answer any questions or address any concerns. Enterprise has some great people on their staff I hope they know that! Definitely going to go far in this business!
