        Jeff and his team at Middlesex Auto were superb in all respects. They are expert at the technical repair, but are also great at working with the insurance companies, managing expectations all the while. Jeff is thoughtful and focused on the customer satisfaction during a stressful time for the car owner. The extra effort to detail the car so it's clean when you pick it up, is a very nice touch. Good work. Good people.
