make sure you do a walk around with their staff prior to taking any vehicles that are potentially damaged like mine. Just when you think youre going to get customer service you get in accurate photos that clearly do not show damage upon pick up but furthermore use insurance to Fix there problem. Reply: You have all my details in a report Ive sent 2x to your headquarters and nothing was done

The worst experience I have had with Alamo, I arrived at 11:00 p.m. on a flight from Europe and the guy at the counter with a horrible attitude from the first moment, in the end they gave me my contract in Enterprise with a better attitude, but I had never seen nothing like it, I always rent with Alamo and I have never had a deal like this.
