Could not be happier with the various projects weve needed done! Most recently, the owner, Steven, moved a washer and dryer upstairs to make my life so much easier at my small business. This doesnt include the last minute calls to my home! I wouldnt bother calling anyone else for A+ service and professionalism.

Please AVOID this plumbing and heating. 2 years back, they installed a tankless water heater and the unit had a problem within a year. It was under labor/parts warranty. After 5-10 calls they came and replaced the unit. Now (after 2 years), the unit has a heat exchanger problem, and called them (10-20 times) to help. They said that they would come on one Thursday and never showed up. We tried to call them and email them. No response. We also had a bad experience with the water bath plumbing work. They are not reliable people. It is better to AVOID them and not install any unit using them.

I had a problem with my toilet called 2 plumbers I've known for years and they didn't get back to me so I went on Yelp and checked out the responses.  I saw that Polizzotti had many good responses so I called them they got back to me within the hour came out the next day and fixed it works great now.  A young man named Izzy was the Plumber very friendly and knowledgeable was a pleasure to do business with!!!!!!!!
