Of all the plumbing companies we've hired through the years New Era has been the most responsive, reliable and efficient. Steven and Joe were completely on time on a Friday morning right before the craziness of the 4th. They traced the leak and within 20 minutes had the lines purged and the baseboard capped while we work on the bathroom. Steve and Joe called and arrived earlier than expected. Walked them thru the entire house to show them what was being quoted for work. They provided me with a set of pricing (A bit higher than I was expecting). We did have them replace a leaking stop for one bathroom toilet. They were both very professional, engaging, knowledgeable about the work they were performing. Excellent workmanship and very personable. Very happy with the service they provided today. The New Era Plumbing & HVAC company deserves their reputation as being a 5 star company. My husband and I are so grateful for their work. Our home feels livable again! We had a previous split system that never worked properly and was installed by a different company about 6 years ago. The New Era Plumbing & HVAC company showed us everything that was wrong with the previous installation and walked us through the new installation with patience and professionalism guaranteeing we could see everything being done clean and workman-like manner.
