Dees Plumbing and Heating

Our hot water heater began to leak last week. We called Dees (mainly due to the online reviews) that day and Charles was able to fit us in the next morning. He provided us with a quote and had one in stock. A few hours later we were back up and running with hot water. A bonus came when Charles asked if I was a veteran (I happened to be wearing my USMC sweatshirt) and I said yes. He said that veterans get 10% off. Charles price quote was already reasonable and this was an unexpected surprise. We cant thank him enough for his availability and workmanship!

Our dishwasher broke and Charles was able to come out right away to install the new one, as well as fix some plumbing with the new garbage disposal we put in. When we realized the dishwasher needed a new electrical outlet he called an electrician and he came out a few hours later to add that! Dishwasher is up and running and now we have a great plumber to call next time we need one :)

Charles and his team were great to work with. Very communicative, on time and even cleaned up after themselves. Charles was super friendly, & his prices were very affordable. Installed a sub pump in our home and it was literally done in 2 days. Thank you Charles and your team excellent work!!

I called Charles because I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. Turned out to be a leaking valve under the sink. I purchased a new vanity and sink and Charles replaced it. He also recommend I change out the other valve and the toilet valve since they were about the same age (old) which he did all on the same day. Great customer service and I appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you!

My water heater failed one morning when I left for work. I called Dees Plumbing on a recommendation from my neighbor. Charles was professional on the phone and had me text him a few pictures. He was able to get it done the same day and I had a brand new water heater installed by the time I returned home from work! I would not hesitate to recommend Charles.
