Do not use this company. They made a appointment with me for a quote for a brand new heating and air conditioning system. Basically told them I was only available on a Saturday to meet with them. They said they normally only work Monday through Friday. But they said they would come out on a Saturday and give me a quote. Saturday comes and no phone call nothing. I called them and said where are you? They say just send us a picture and we can quote on that because we basically charge the same thing for every job. I told them that wasn’t possible because there was no furnace to take a picture due to the last furnace we had installed caused a house fire. So that being said getting a brand new furnace again is a very sore subject. Considering the last one which was not even a year old caught are house on fire on Christmas Eve. This company RPM is very unprofessional. No phone call. I had to find out why I’m waiting in a house that I can’t live in for 6 months that has no heat. All they had to do is come out on that Saturday or how about just give me a phone call and let me know that you can’t come out. If your looking for heating company I would look somewhere else especially since they only work Monday-Friday
