Generally pleased with the overall look of the finished product. Attention to detail was lacking. Wasn't always informed on options, or details of the options. Didn't have much time to make decisions. Always came and left in a whirlwind. Was very responsive to texts, but issues not always fixed. Some subcontractors were great and some not very good. Didn't appear to have good communication with subs, as sometimes they would come ready to work on something, but project wasn't at that point yet. Kitchen Cabinet broke a month after installation - waited 4 weeks for him to even come look at it, no communication, so having my husband fix it instead. Did work for this company and he burned me for my money. Not a good person. Talks you down on price then tells you he didn't get paid at the end. Clown. After going through whole job with fine tooth comb. They said they needed to spend the whole day fixing problems. Burned me for $1000.
