Tom, his son and crew just put a new shingle roof on our house. We selected Tom because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. We looked at several other companies that were a lot bigger and it was like buying a timeshare from high powered salesmen that always had a special deal if you signed the contract that day. Tom came in and gave us the estimate with no sales pitch and it was substantially less than most of the others. I watched his crew working on the roof and it was obvious that they have been doing this a long time. It was also a 2 day job and anything less would have been cutting corners. Tom Kelliher will be my go to guy for all future home improvements. Update. Not long after we had the new roof installed we had Tom's company repoint a chimney and fix the flashing due to a leak on a different house. Yesterday we had the most rain in a day in many years accompanied by high winds and noticed water in the attic by the chimney again. I e-mailed Tom in the evening (a Saturday) and I got an almost immediate reply that he would take care of it. Tom and his son Seamus turned up at 9:00 am the following morning, a Sunday, and Seamus climbed on the roof and fixed the flashing with sealant. Pretty good customer service. Tom placed a new roof on our home 2 years ago. We all know we have had alot of rain. The roof has held up well. Our roof had multiple skylights and we feel fortunate everything is ok. Service: Roof installation

Tom and his crew fixed a siding issue we had that was causing a roof leak. His quote and timeline for that repair was dramatically better than any others we had found, so we ended up approaching him about our deck as well. He built our second story composite deck in under two weeks, and was able to work with us on price and materials. We absolutely adore our new deck, and are so grateful to Tom for making it happen with so little stress. Additionally, though they may seem like little things, it's worth mentioning that Tom was great with our two dogs (a big comfort) and was super responsive via email (a rarity in contractors we've worked with, and a must for us).

He fixed my roof resently 11/04/20 and I pay pay him cash $400. He was on the roof 5min. 01/16/21 roof start leaking again in the same place.He is not pick up phone And he rafusing comeback and fix it

Tom was a pure professional. He gave us a quote and did not even want a deposit. We had a large roof put on our house and three large skylights. Hiis workers were excellent. The project was done in two days. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He also does siding and windows.
