        Came in today was completely shocked on how amazing the crew is was completely satisfied with the employee helping me (Ava) helped me find a right fit for new pair of crocs and even managed to help me find something for my lil niece

        Went to the store to buy some comfortable shoes for work and was greeted by Nick. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient. He offered great advice and knew what he was talking about. I'm not someone who really likes or feels confident about shopping for shoes. It was my first time shopping at a Journeys and Nick help to make my experience very pleasant and efficient. All the people there seemed very friendly, relaxed, and professional; 10 out of 10 would recommend taking your business there. :)

        Nick is awesome! Called in searching for a boot and asking how to purchase online. He went above and beyond by reserving them for me at another location in the area. Was very welcoming and pleasant! Excellent customer service! Would shop here again
