Went in to buy some black Nike socks. In and out. Went to the register and no one was there. An employee walked thru the register area didnt even say one word to me, I looked at her as she passed thru the register. She did a second take and seemed like she was gonna come back but nope, turned around and just walked away. No one came, so I walked out

We came in to buy sneakers there was two employees on their phones at the front door no one greeted us nor come over to help. We left a few minutes later still two employees on their phones at the door. On the bright side the girl at check out was working

I have no idea how this store stays open with the HORRIBLE service people there!! Two women working at front desk were the rudest I've ever met. I asked to exchange a Nike zippered hoodie purchased for $70 that was worn twice when zipper broke. What store wouldn't honor that request and stand behind their merchandise?! But the worst part is the rude, unprofessional behavior of these losers working there who don't know how to provide client service or have any decency. The only decent person is the new Associate Manager Lewis. Thanks Lewis for having some common sense! When I called up to speak to the manager Rosa the next day (as I was asked to do by Lewis), the woman who answered refused and hung up the phone on me! PLEASE READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME! 1 star after another because of service. Note that most of the 5 star reviews have no comments which makes me think they are fake reviews... CHAMPS CORPORATE YOU MUST FIRE THESE WOMEN BEFORE YOU LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS.! You just lost me! There are plenty of other places to buy athletic clothes and shoes so stay away!
