        My son is disabled and Cole and Bill stepped up for us. Both were so nice, and made us feel comfortable. If you go, ask for Bill or Cole, and you will be happy with your experience!!! Also, it is a welcoming store. Thank you, thank you thank you!

        Just had the most bizarre experience at the Burlington store. I have shopped at this store multiple times and have gotten excellent customer service. Tonight I walked in and neither of the sales representatives would even look at me.. once I did get one of them to engage in a conversation with me he did the bare minimum.. neither of these employees did anything to assist me or to make a sale.
