Very bad experience!! Ask staff for the shoe type we wanted, staff gave us different shoes which are HIGHER price. You dont have it you said you dont have it! We assume this is luring people to buy expensive ones. And this happened 3 times at same day. We want to leave and the staff said to us, they are the only one sport store in the area to threaten us. The first time in my life to hear such words, just buying shoes. Ridiculous and Olympia should feel shame about this thing happening in your store. Really bad feeling and disappointed to Olympia. This staff is called Amanda. The thing happened on Sunday 9/8, 5pm.

this location is soon closing in the next few moths so dont go by what you see in the sample photos i have shopped here numerous times throughout the years and no matter what their selections have ALWAYS SUCKED! like litterally nothing good at all its tiny expensive and the items are hardly worth going out of your way for no one ever goes in there or actually buys anything or browses they never hardly update either and they CANNOT COMPETE with modells who has crushed them in the last 10 years alone especially this lousy location only go for the final liquidation sales apart from that this location as well as theor former (now also closed location) store in stoneham have been nothing special place is a joke. quincy sadly woburn and cambridge (galleria mall) are better than this one. slowly but surely there will be only few well performing locations left as the ones that Do survive.
