Worst Management Company by Far. Barely 1 year in this place, 3 leak issues and Malfunctioning Heat almost every week.
Whenever I call to report a leak/malfunction, customer service is always rude. They say its my problem to contact the person above me and I need to fix it, but its the buildings pipes that are not functioning properly.
My last leak repair lasted around 2 months, with them knocking the wall down and having no access to the bathroom of my apartment.
Currently, there is another leak in the apartment and its taken almost 5 days for management to even help and step in.
Never ever rent/own a unit managed by this company. This place is the worst.

Utterly terrible management company. Don't expect any issue to be taken care of at any moment laundry has been broken over a month, building security is questionable and issues with the building are met with attitude and excuses to delay doing anything about it. Couldn't recommend less.

Awful experience with this outfit, I'd give them zero stars if possible....condominium management by them is atrocious, as they come offwith the attitude that they own the property.....no follow up on repair issues, as the owner is too busy taking time off, and his office staff has no clue...do not expect major issues to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, as this company does not follow up iwith contractors....but they are great for excuses
