I leave for over 20 years in property manager by Albert Corporation and want to say thank you for being such responsible company which not only care about fixing current problems but always look into future to prevent any potential gaps and improve property look. Thank you to Nick and Bob for supporting us!

This sad excuse for a management company thinks that neighbors being loud early in the morning before 7 is acceptable and requires no action to be taken. 2 hours before I have to be up for work my neighbors TV is blasting. Low frequency sound and the property manager recommended soundproofing. Obviously he doesnt know anything about how low frequency sound work and how hard and expensive it is to sound proof against this type of sound. Why would I spend thousands of dollars soundproofing my first apartment I ever rented out of college. Make it make sense. Every Tuesday and Friday I am woken up by my entire existence vibrating because of the sound. I would love to see how the Albert Corp property managers sleep through this two times a week. I am moving out because absolutely nothing was done to help me, in fact I was insulted for even thinking to complain about this, and even after notifying the neighbors of this massive issue that is likely affecting other neighbors as well, nothing has improved. do not live in any place managed by this management company

I just had to leave a review. I had an issue and the manager Nik answered the phone right away and made sure the issue was resolved fast and in a way that is convenient for me. Great customer service and over all communication. Great company keep up the good work
