If you're not looking for a scenic place to spend the night and you're looking for quiet and peace, this is your place. The mainly there to visit our daughter in college. So it was pretty much just a place to sleep for us. But normally it is extremely busy on Saturday night and after 12 o'clock here. People running and being loud and the whole ways, but not here. This was so quiet and peaceful. It doesn't matter where this place was to me. I am definitely going back. Great value for the dollar. The staff was very polite. Rooms: The room was clean. It had everything we needed the fridge, the microwave, and the coffee machine, all your typical features of a room. Noteworthy details: Everywhere you went, it seemed like staff was cleaning. Everything was clean. Very quiet and peaceful.

Unfortunately upon arrival to our room in this Best Western in Braintree, Massachusetts we found it to be nothing like the photos online show. The stale stench of cigarette lingered in the air and the stains on the carpet and duvet were both unsettling to say the least. We called to the front desk and with no response went down to see if we could speak with the man who checked us in. After about 10 minutes of waiting at the desk, said man who appeared to be the only staff on site told us we were unable to cancel our reservation, theres nothing he can do to help us. His condescending nature was off-putting and his unwillingness to assist with our request to even simply change rooms was simply rude and unprofessional. I suggest driving the few miles to the next hotel! EDIT: The owners response is not true which seems to be a pattern according to similar reviews. DO NOT go to this hotel!!
