Drawers fall out due to uneven ground. Roaches. Black mold n tub after being cleaned. Swept? Mopped? No! Half the building is shut down for renovations but we cant get clean towels or blankets?

(R=W, V=2) My stay at this hotel can be summed up as decent at best, marred significantly by a series of discomforting experiences. Despite booking for 7 days, the value proposition fell short of expectations, especially considering the cost wasn't competitive. A persistent issue was the noise, with dogs barking incessantly, contributing to an atmosphere far from peaceful. The entrance often presented an unsettling sight of individuals in distress or passed on drugs alongside a frequent police presence that did little to reassure. Moreover, the pervasive bad odor throughout the premises only added to the displeasure. Given these conditions, continuing my stay seems impossible despite the financial loss of over $1,000. My advice to potential visitors would be to seek accommodation elsewhere, as the experience here is far from satisfactory. Rooms: Awful

The worst hotel in this chain. We selected an extended stay (60 days). The guests are loud 24/7. Management does nothing. Kids screaming and running up and down the halls. Guests fighting and threatening to kill each other. Music blasting 24/7. Again, management does nothing. Hotel manager Vanessa is never available and is flippant (see other reviews). Finally got her managers name but the email they gave me is wrong and they won't give me his phone number. Filed a complaint with corporate. The rooms are dark dirty and disgusting. The floors sag so the dresser drawers slide open and won't stay closed. The fire sprinkler system blew and flooded half of the hotel. So they moved all the loud people from that half into the same half as my son. The whole place smells like pot. Cleaning and room service is a joke. We were told three different days and they didn't show up on any of those days. When they did show up they didn't replace the towels. We had to ask the front desk for towels. Those are threadbare. They could replace those every couple of years. I ended up buying him a set of towels and we just did our own laundry to make sure the sheets and towels were clean. Avoid this location at all costs. Rooms are dark and disgusting. We cleaned this with disinfectant from top to bottom. There are cars in the parking lot who had their tires removed. The car has been there for the last month and the bolts are just laying on the ground around the car. My sons car was parked right next to it and had the gas siphoned. I chose to check him out a few days early and the hotel is trying to charge me an extra $1900 plus the 6 days left on the reservation after we've paid them $5300 for the almost 2 months he was there. Not getting another dime out of me! Rooms: Dark and smelly. AC/Heater barely works. Floors sag so the drawers of the dresser roll open. Floors are disgusting. Always wear shoes. Bathrooms are disgusting. The entire place is outdated. Threadbare towel. Safety: There is no safety at this hotel. Abandoned cars with no tires, gas was siphoned out of my sons car, homeless people living there that steal and make noise all day long. Guests fighting and threatening to kill people. Noteworthy details: There is no 'free' breakfast. Packaged muffins with mold on them and coffee.
