If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had my phone for three years and no matter how many times it dropped the phone on the floor or in water or whatever, the phone always worked and the screen never cracked...until it did crack and functions affected. Three weeks ago I brought my badly cracked OnePlus Nord to JP Wireless to be fixed. Initially they were polite and professional. They told me it would take one day to fix since they had to order the screen. I paid my $52.50 deposit and I was instructed to come back the next day at 5p. I arrived the next day at 5p, waited for 45minutes, finally received and paid for my phone and left. A few days later, I noticed the phone still 'jumping' slightly, a background light on and then the screen finally came completely detached from the phone. This, in the history of owning a phone never has happened! I went back and spoke with two gentlemen-one named Jason. I explained that I was just there earlier that week, gave them the receipt and asked if they could re-attach the screen. I did not expect the labor to be free and I also didn't expect the terrible customer service. JP WIRELESS DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR FIXING THEIR MISTAKE.THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME THE FULL $105.00 EVENTHOUGH I JUST PICKED MY PHONE TWO DAYS EARLIER. THEY TOLD ME THAT "...WE TELL EVERYONE TO DROP THEIR PHONE BEFORE LEAVING..." NOT ONLY WAS THAT NEVER SAID, I NEVER HEARD OF SUCH BUSINESS. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE WARRANTY. WHAT WARRANTY? IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS POSTED REFERRING TO SUCH A THING. HE THREW MY PHONE DOWN ON THE COUNTER AND SAID HE DOESN'T CARE IF I GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. We went back and forth for a bit. All I wanted, expected and asked for was for them to re-attach the screen again. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO RESPONSIBLITY. NO POLITENESS. NO COMPROMISE. NO NEGOIATION. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT OR APOLOGY. I ended up leaving and going to & TURTLESCREEN CELL PHONE REPAIR 1457 DORCHESTER AVE FIELDS CORNER EXCEPITONAL!!! I URGE YOU TO GO IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMERSERVICE! --++-++++++++ Sir, I read all of your reviews and you probably earned all your five star reviews, like your earned all your one star reviews but this is the only one you responded to. I can appreciate your grind which is why I chose your establishment. I love supporting small businesses which is why I chose your establishment. I was being 'considerate' when I returned allowing you the opportunity to fix your mistake. You had a whole fifteen minutes to rectify, and redeem but you refused. Nothing you did, including your response, indicates professionalism or that you care about your community. My review wasn't intended to and isn't going to harm your business but it will give savvy consumers insight and let them choose where to spend their precious time and hard earned money. Thank you
