        Dont go by the 4 star ratings, they are deceiving. If you like shoe box size of rooms, bathrooms where flush doesnt work, there is no space to keep your shaving kit. Then this hotel is for you. Otherwise it was clean and well staffed.

        I had to stay at this hotel while in Boston for a conference. My flight got rescheduled and I needed an extra night. Instead of changing the same booking, they made a separate booking, obiously more expensive and for a smaller room. So I had to change rooms because of it. I also asked for an invoice on the name of my company, which was never provided, although I asked in advance several times before checking out. The price announced is never the same with what is charged at the end, they always put some 2-3 extra taxes!!! They also said I have a credit of 15 USD/day to use at the bar/restaurant, which at check out didn't apply to me. Obviously this is to push people to consume in their bar/restaurant. Normally what is promissed should be delivered. But the service in this hotel is just inexistent, impersonal, and everything is impossible for the staff. I am sure the accounting could fix my bill with the right name and if they didn't lie about the credit I wouldn't never consume in their hotel. And I wouldn't even bothered to leave a review, but I would like to prevent others to get that kind of rip off.

        The hotel was clean, grand, and smelled amazing. My only complaint is that there is zero signage indicating that the secondary seating area is part of the restaurant. What looks like a continental breakfast IS NOT. For a self-serve breakfast buffet in disguise, you will pay a whopping $34/person for yogurt and a muffin. Again, there are ZERO signs saying anything about the restaurant. That was a rough start to a long day at a conference. For the price of the rooms here, I'd expect SOMETHING to be complementary. Even Motel 6 can do better than that....
