This is a relatively new hotel. Everything looks nice and new. Our room had nice decor and bed is comfortable. Location is ideal. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to TD Garden. The only thing that is missing is that there is no swimming pool and no hot tub.
Edit: We stayed at this hotel again. Comparing it with another 4-star hotel in Washington DC which we just stayed at a few days ago, Canopy is much more superior all around, especially the quality of the room. We will definitely come back next time we visit Boston.

Location location location! Two minute walk to Faneuil Hall, across street from Hanover st to north end, like a 10 minute walk to the garden! Breakfast was too expensive for what they offered. Great rooms!

Great hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend paying for valet it is worth it. Excellent friendly service and spacious updated rooms. Would stay here again next time Im in Boston.
