Good location. Friendly service. Very clean.
Make sure you tell the shuttle driver not to be on the phone at every ride you take to Harvard square. It is low speed, but he is not fully aware of surroundings while talking to family and friends

I'm currently having a frustrating experience with the front desk at this Hilton location, which is quite disappointing. I've been a Hilton Diamond member for almost 10 years and stayed in various Hilton properties around the world, spending a significant portion of my year in their accommodations. However, this particular visit stands out negatively due to the negligent front desk.
Throughout my stay, calls from my room were never answered or put on hold repeatedly. Even during quieter times like now, my calls were totally ignored. Going downstairs, I found staff casually chatting, oblivious to my presence until I directly inquired about assistance at the front desk. This level of neglect is highly unusual, and I can't help but wonder if there's a discriminatory aspect to this treatment.
I'm giving 2 stars, however, not 1 star, because of the spacious and clean accommodations as well as the friendly cleaning staff.
