Parking was an issue for us, but they have valet parking. The view from our room was of a construction site. On the plus side, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Also, it's a great location with lots of good restaurants and activities.

First of all there is no parking, they offer valet parking for 68$. Secondly this hotel is in remodeling stage and next to new construction. Lots of construction noise in the morning. Other than that rooms and service was great.

Checkin is 4:00pm. We got there at 4:00 and we were attending a concert at 7:00 and we had to get ready and eat dinner. We were told the room was not ready. Very frustrating considering we had plans. Guy at front desk told us hed call when it was ready. So we just hung out at a restaurant until the call. Which never came. Finally around 5:30 we decided to go back over to see what was going on with our room and the room was miraculously ready, we got no call that it was ready so not sure how long we waited for no reason. Finally checked in at 5:30 which is 1.5 hours past check in time which is unacceptable. Location was great and rooms were clean. But if you have plans, call ahead about room being ready or if it will be late.
