Dear Zixin Wang, We feel sorry for your bad experience with us. As you know, your Macbook Pro's new screens are too expensive (800$ only screen price) . Also you had to leave Boston in 2 days. That's why, the same day, I purchased used B grade completely original Apple screen from our supplier for 50% cheaper and I replaced it, it worked completely fine. The only problem was, some barely noticable white shadows on the upper screen. I admitted it, and offered you full refund and install your screen back on your laptop. But you decided to keep it. Today I did my research , and learned that , once Apple does recalibration, the shadows disappear. So it is absolutely not a deffective screen. This happens only 2022 and newer model Macbook Pros.
