Katya and her team were SO helpful in the process of finding a home and creating a good offer. Katya knows a lot about the housing market in the Greater Boston area. Dring our first Zoom meeting, she presented an in-depth analysis on the market which helped direct our search. She gave us excellent advice on purchasing and ways to write a good offer. Our second offer on a home was accepted, which is really hard to do these days, and we have her to thank for her guidance. Nicole was also so helpful in communicating with us frequently and helping us with the paperwork. We highly recommend Katya and her team!

Katya and her whole team were amazing to work with. Katya knows the market well and stayed on top of things every step. Once we had a good offer, Nicole in the office was incredibly diligent in helping us handle all the details of the sale, so that even though we were out of state for the whole transaction everything went smoothly.

I chose Katya Pitts because of her excellent reviews. The reviews did not exaggerate - from the very beginning her expertise and knowledge of this area's real estate was evident. She was correct about the best time to put my home on the market and at which price would result in multiple offers. The entire process from the staging to the listing to the offers and the completion of the sale were flawless. Her assistant Nicole was able to find the people I needed to fix small things around the house. She made the appointments for me and met the contractors when I could not. As a single mom, with little free time, Team Katya held my hand the entire way. I decided to sell my home in January and it received offers at the first Open House in March.
