I have used Bowes Realty as a means to fill vacancies for my Rental Property and to sell a property. Bowes Realty has been phenomenal! For my rental, Dana Whiddon has done a great job providing a tenant pool and providing recommendations to meet current rental market need. Dana was very easy to work with and provided lease recommendations. Fantastic job! For the sale of my home, I worked with Sarah Holt and Carol Currio. Can I say phenomenal again? YES, YES, YES!! Sarah and Carol provided doable recommendations that were very reasonable before the sale that improved the market value of the property immensely. Sarah provided a number of needed contacts such as junk removal, window washing, check for environmental conditions (lead paint, asbestos) and cleaning. All recommendations were fairly price and a pleasure to work with! I can't say enough about the services! Sarah and Carol provided the staging which was perfect for the space and led to 16 bids over 1 weekend. How fabulous! We did have a tenant during the lead up to the sale and Sarah was a great source; providing information and recommendations about how to navigate this circumstance.
