Renters beware. My wife and I rented an apartment from property manager Peter Rogaris on 16 Walnut st. In Arlington, MA. Our downstairs neighbor harrassed us for months by banging on our door and floor at any time of day if we walked, watched TV, or played music at reasonable volumes. Eventually the neighbor threatened to get physically violent. When we told Peter he said it was not his problem and we should call the police. We had to leave the apartment because of fear for our safety and Peter ignored the situation. On a separate instance, Peter showed up at our apartment and walked in without notice. If you rent from this company expect neglectful behavior.
We also spotted multiple cockroaches during the course of our stay.
